To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In the original packaging
• With a receipt or proof of purchase

Return process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Print the return authorization number and enclose it with your returned item.
3. Ship your item back to us using the prepaid shipping label that we will provide you.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free for all returns within the United States. For international returns, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized items
• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that have been opened and/or tampered with
